got the same issue with having paid my bill and getting line expired message. Would be nice if support would get back or if someone here knows of a different reseller. Have been a customer since 2016 and never had the issues like this besides when they went through the first split years ago

It’s frustrating the lack of support. They usually are pretty quick to respond to issues but this radio silence. Weird if I go in it says my thing is still active too.
 
Even if there was a different provider i would switch them instantly. The channel selection for what I need has been perfect since the SpongeBob days
 
I'm honestly at a loss now as to what service people are having issues with. People have meandered through these threads posting about Hiddenserve in Gamers threads, and posting in Hiddenserve about Gamers. I have Gamers as an extra service, and AFAIK, there are no issues. Please stay in your lane and make sure you're posting in the proper service area, and say 'Hiddenserve' or 'Gamers' in your post. Thanks without that, no one knows how to help you. This is clearly the Gamers area.
 
Hiddenserv and aren’t they both run by the same guy? At least that was the case when I messaged both supports before.

Hiddenserv is just the pay portal tho. I have PDSLIVE which I believe is this forum.
They are separate. HIddenserv is that, and Gamers is that. Hiddenserv in some manner may have spawned off Gamers, but it is separate.
 
What billing portal does Gamers use? PDS? My understanding is there are 2 billing portals for this service. How customers got split up I have no idea as a friend was contacted by PDS and I was contacted by Hidden Serv. This service started out as TPK, then Gamers, nowhere does any info state that it is still Gamers. This forum may be Gamers as that is what we are familiar with. PDS and Hidden Serv use the same URL which is the same URL as Gamers was.

My belief and understanding of everything I've read is that Hiddenserve was a reseller for Gamers. And while they're connected at the hip, they are "separate." If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. It doesn't change the fact that Hiddenserve customers appear to be drowning.
 
I'm having no problem paying with cc. My problem is now I've got a new invoice 1 month after paying for 3 months. The last couple of years I only get credit for 1 month every time I pay. Usually I put in a ticket and they fix the expiration right away but nobody is answering the tickets.

they just answered my tickets and fixed them.
 
There is no forgot password for the actual service. I can login to the payment portal. I want to change it when logging into the IPTV server.
Oh that. Sorry, I see no what you meant. Well, you'd have to open a ticket with them. There is no user control for that.
