I misunderstood, your subscription doesn't show at all? And you can't submit a ticket. If that's the case try to find an email from them and reply to it giving you username and issue.

That is correct, I have a subscription running until Feb 14. I have no subscription history on the portal and I am unable to email them using my account email as they don't recognize it even though I can log into the site.
 
Is there going to be a section with Olympic coverage channels? I can find them in separate sections but it would be easier if they were consolidated as they have in the past

I have no idea why, but it was in my "parental" locked.

anyone else having issues today. When I try to log on the app it sends me to the sign in page. When I sign in it starts and then kicks me out. Did the url change by chance?

Mine is hit/miss kind of spotty. Not sure if that's because it's coming back. I wasn't on earlier.
 
Unlike others my service is fine. I went to the payment portal and am forwarded to a new site I guess. I don't want to try and login in if they have been hijacked. Does anyone have info on this?

They changed their page colors and name to by the sounds of it pds live? Don't think 8ts a high jack as cred still login
 
Just logged in to new looking site to pay my bill but can’t get to square credit card info (which is new) to change my credit card. Anyone else have this issue?

Have you tried going to “Billing”..Payment Methods? You can add a new card there.

My invoice went to spam with the update. Now I'm not paid and when I try and pay I get a bad url. Any ideas? I added my card to the site but nowhere to pay my invoice
 
Are you going to the new website? Do you not see an invoice in the “Billing” section at all? If not, you can try opening a ticket and asking where your invoice is. Tell them about your invoice going to your spam emails. Perhaps they can give you a new invoice if your account is now pass due.
 
Anyone else having a login problem on the new site? I can't login at all and when I try to reset the password I never get an email. It's almost as if I never had an account even though I've been with them for years through several of their name changes. My service is actually still active and working but I know my bill is coming due and I always pay a few days early. I tried the "contact us" button but it just asks me to login and I'm back to the original issue. Either they haven't migrated all the user accounts to the new billing portal yet, or they're cutting off grandfathered plans. I hope it's the former.

EDIT: False alarm, I had the wrong password. I am indeed able to login to the site, but for some reason not receiving any of their emails from the automated system regarding the bill or open tickets. I have raised a support ticket with the techs and they said they're going to have the developer look into email issues. For now I have set a reminder to pay the bill every month since I'm not getting any notifications.

Yeah I'm at the new site. I opened a support ticket. Waiting on a resolution still
