Are you going to the new website? Do you not see an invoice in the “Billing” section at all? If not, you can try opening a ticket and asking where your invoice is. Tell them about your invoice going to your spam emails. Perhaps they can give you a new invoice if your account is now pass due.

Agreed but more importantly, people were using it to spy on/report tpk activities in an attempt to bring it down permanently. Like I said, assholes...

I always tell everyone to find a cheap back up service just for when things like this happen. Never know if when or if the service comes back.
And it couldn’t of went out at the worst time. During East Coast prime time.

Streaming stopped on all my IPTV with GM Tuesday evening, came back Wednesday. Usually I get an email with the invoice for payment, didn't get one. Finally was able to log in to the payment portal, and pay through there. So it is working. New page and log in area. I follow Doc Squiffy and Upgrade Guy on YouTube, and they have been talking about a lot of take downs lately of streaming sites. GM wasn't one of them. Anyhow, it's working now, here in Canada.

Check the portal make sure you haven't expired. Try unplugging router and device restarting and clearing cache

sorry reply twice but sent in a support ticket and all that changed for me was my URL and all ready did the step you mentioned
