Hi all, I managed to get my invoice paid last night but my Games-master app on my fire stick won't work it just tries to load and then stops, any ideas should I uninstall it and reinstall it, would that work?
when I go into my manage product area of my client area it says "Platform Access Old" and under that it says "Active" has that anything to do with it?
I would like to setup my smart stb (mag box emulator) on my lg tv but I've an BThome hub and I can't setup my vpn that way were-as on my fire stick I have my vpn installed.

Oh and can someone please dm me the FAQ.

Did you have to create a new account on the new site? My old site login credentials do not work on it. I tried to create new account on the new site or sign up for service on it with no luck.

I was able to login and pay my invoice on Saturday. Received conformation and my invoice. AS OF this morning I can not login in and I have no service....Nothing..Cant even use forget password feature.

I have a firestick and was able to access the service through Tivimate. My other device is a Fire HD 8 and it does not accept Tivimate. Any help on how I can get gamemaster on my tablet.
