Not all accounts are being transferred. They have openly stated that some accounts will be canceled, some will not be renewed, no new accounts. They are limiting the total number of accounts. No one knows how they decide who gets transferred

I pay $5 per month on a month to month basis. If you ask for a promotional rate they will give you deals. I have not seen a significant reduction in speed. They do have a app for firestick. Have not dealt with customer service so I can not comment on that.
