I don't have any inside information. Search my post history for what I've discovered. It seems that those who were on Game Master's TopDog portal can now access their account, make payments and open support tickets on the new "TopDog Today" portal. Those who were on Mintpanel/Gmasterpanel might be currently switching over to TopDog Today, but I can't say for sure. I was with the TopDog portal and can get support, and I believe anyone who was on the same portal can also access this information. I'm reading some people on the other portals might be getting access, but I can't speak to that directly. My thinking is that Game Master might be migrating everyone to this portal, but I don't know. They posted a pretty cryptic update on what's going on, with no specifics, only that they will be discontinuing services for some customers. I copied that message to this forum and you can read it if you do a search of my posts.

Ahh man of course I was on mintpanel smh yeah I’m hearing you can access the site with a vpn don’t know how true that is..but ok thanks I’ll review your posts for that message.

No inside scoop yet. No real communication from this company. Just a bunch of people sharing their experiences with each other and some of us trying to put it all together. It certainly would be nice (and respectful) for a representative of Game Master to speak to us, but they are not known for that. I'm pretty sure I'll be leaving them and going to another provider, once I find one I'm happy with. I don't think Game Master deserves our business, not because they had to temporarily shut down and restructure but because they don't care to address their customers.

Agreed. They are the worst when it comes to customer service but I’ve had them for years and they’re cheap so I dealt w/ their bs lol

I think the information about accessing it with a VPN is out of date. Husham posted that about accessing the Easy internet portal that they set up and shut down 24 hours later. The new portal is: Client Area - TopDog Today

You may or may not be able to access it at this time. I do not know. Try it now, and if you can't access it, try it later.
 
I was on auto pay thru a reseller via Vklubhost. I bet I get cut off. I am currently signed in and working on XCIPTV and firestick but my sub expires the 6th midnight I think.

Could someone DM me if you were in my same situation and something new develops ie. continue sub?

Or DM me when toptog.today opens their shopping cart to add service?

I will check forum as much as I can...

Why not switch providers?
 
I just finished reading this 80 page post about all the gm gossip.
A lot of information. The last email i got from GM was: due to security, my login was changed.
That's all. A week later the service was not loading at all.

Did this email come from old gmasterpanel email? I’ve been going through junk and reg inboxes and see nothing.

Not a thing. Look at his profile. He joined the forum 17 minutes ago, made this one post asking for someone to solve all of his problems, 15 minutes ago, and then disappeared. I am ignoring posts like this and am responding to reasonable requests for help.

Your account will expire the due date. I have 2 accounts with gm and one expired yesterday n stopped working. My other one expires end of the month. I also have account with players klub for 6 moths still active.

This doesn't make much sense. The Players Klub hasn't existed for maybe 18 months. Game Master is one of two companies that was born from TPK. Nobody has an account with TPK because they don't exist.

I have their app and still works game masters and players klub are different. I have gm for my parents who watch latin channels players dont have

Okay, I apologise Kikemtl, there is an IPTV provider named The Players Klub. It must be a company who took that name after the original TPK dissolved itself. Lots of that going around in the industry, I guess. Sorry about my previous post.
