Seems this is affecting those with vip in their url. Replace the vip with services. Keep everything else the same.

Yupper..that would be the issue! Services work just dandy. Now i get to do 2 tv's putting my favorites in order..takes forever. Oh well theres bigger problems in life. Thanks!!

Are you using Tivimate? If so, just edit xtream codes parameters in playlist settings rather than setting up a new playlist. This is what I do and my Favorites are still intact.

Well there having fun these days
I'm still down today at noon. But lets talk about what down means. For me it starts loading but before it get the part where it starts loading Live, Movies the Guide it opens a window tat wants the URL, password and another sign in number. all of those are there, but, I can't log in. From there you just go around in circles. This is all i=on my Firestick. I have an ONN box that is functioning perfectly. My is wife telling my go get me an ONN box!

I have done that, no change. I still just bounce back and forth, between Login and Choose Panel type. I have to exit to get out.

you need to change the url. change vip to services in the url line. evrything else remains the same.

If you have the proper URL, it doesn't matter what the device is. Make sure you're using the proper URL on both devices. If it works on one, it will work on another.

As it's been repeated over and over, CHANGE VIP TO SERVICES! YOU CAN USE PORT:2086 OR NOT. IT WILL WORK EITHER WAY. AND IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT TYPE OF DEVICE YOU HAVE.

Sorry, are you saying you only changed the the epg from vip to services? I may have missed understood. The xtream code url for your playlist needs to be changed from vip to services:2086. That url works perfectly fine.

VIP with or without the port was clearly not working for a period of time. VIP and services were among several URLs that all worked for a long time. One may go, or two may go. If VIP is working again, it only means it's back, not that the port was added. So it's wise to keep all you know handy in the event of an outage.

Are you using Xtream Code or M3u_plus on your player?
If using M3u_plus (eg. IPTV simple client in Kodi), it must use this format.
Main service url:
http://Service Url/playlist/Username/Password/m3u_plus
Epg Url:
http://Service Url/xmltv.php?username=Username&password=Password

Tivimate is still ok on my Firecube (bedroom Tv), however the end is near, as new Firetv devices will be running a new OS called VegaOS. This is not android based and proprietary (like Roku).
