@jerryboy , have you tried troubleshooting?
* Restarting router?
* Restart devices?
* Using VPN?

DOWN in 'bama! Was watchin the astronauts land on it ..got out of iptv smarters pro..and boom! Retry! not able to download/update ..thought maybe it was amazon messin with my firestick..but it looks like gamemaster/pds themselves..i guess?

Seems this is affecting those with vip in their url. Replace the vip with services. Keep everything else the same.

Yupper..that would be the issue! Services work just dandy. Now i get to do 2 tv's putting my favorites in order..takes forever. Oh well theres bigger problems in life. Thanks!!

Are you using Tivimate? If so, just edit xtream codes parameters in playlist settings rather than setting up a new playlist. This is what I do and my Favorites are still intact.

I'm still down today at noon. But lets talk about what down means. For me it starts loading but before it get the part where it starts loading Live, Movies the Guide it opens a window tat wants the URL, password and another sign in number. all of those are there, but, I can't log in. From there you just go around in circles. This is all i=on my Firestick. I have an ONN box that is functioning perfectly. My is wife telling my go get me an ONN box!
