I followed the steps in the video and then you type in that long URL... make sure you replace the xxxx with your username and password. Also, there is no space where the URL breaks onto two lines, it's just super long, you need the whole thing.

I believe if the url changes, you can still follow the direction in the video and just swap out the URL but I'm not 100% on that

Per discord instructions, I opened two service tickets this weekend and requested the new URL. The first ticket was closed out immediately but I never received the new URL. I received an email notifying me that a ticket was generated, so I know that they have my email address on file. I then opened a second service ticket which remained open however I did not receive the URL that I had requested (and yes my account is paid and up to date and no I didn't misbehave in discord. I figured out the new URL (don't ask but it wasn't that difficult) and got my service started again, but still the new URL was never emailed to me. I use the forum to learn and share and someone had communicated the new URL. This URL was different than the one that I had figured out. Nevertheless, I had everything working fine up until midnite last nite but now I'm getting a "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable". I also received an email about 17 minutes ago (auto-generated) stating that they haven't heard from me in 48 hrs therefore the ticket will be closed out. Seemed a bit strange to be receiveing that email when it appears that everything else seems a bit disruptive. So my questions are as follows: 1) Is anyone's service working at this moment? 2) Was the URL changed to something else anytime today, June 2? The service has always been great as well as the supporting team. I know that they always do the right thing and sometimes have to "lay-low" while they do what they have to do. I don't need to know the details other than, stay tuned - we're working on it. Does anyone have any update to share? Thanks ~ UPDATE!!! Issue has been resolved. I removed some information from the URL (based on what was shown in this morning's YouTube video) and it's back working like a champ

I don't know how to use this but I updated to the new server address and now I keep getting a login failed error. Even if I was to get in at times it will just make the app force close. Can you help me. Thanks

I'm watching tivimate right now. Working sometimes but comes and goes. Once you get it to log in don't log out.

Just live tv. Vod has been removed I don't know if it permanent or not.
I've already found more reliable service for Live TV. Are they bringing back the 24/7 channels?

anyone have a recommendation on another reliable IPTV? I'm done with this. I can log in sometimes with xciptv watch for a short while. If I change a channel it with kick me out . Seems like a waste of time and effort when I can switch to another provider for 20 bucks or less. Again any suggestions on who to switch to?

Hi we were told not to post it directly for security purposes, I could not get tivimate to work xciptv is much better, at beginning of new thread I’d all the alternative players that will work for whatever device you’re using, I’d suggest to all those coming here requesting DMs to go to first page and the information is there, Gmaster service is working and has been working for me on xciptv since Saturday when game master went down couple of days before that. Please try to read prior info posted .
Husham, so right now there is no access to the panel but should be soon in the same place? is that correct. I also heard there was some kind of email list to get on and if you didn't see it you didn't see it. Is there a way to get on this? I dont want my service to run out

As of right now the gmasterpanel url is working. Epg is working, & 24/7 working, VOD is gone maybe for good.

Perfect! I'm up and running on Tivimate.
VOD gone permanently. Not sure what's happening because the lack of information of what's transpired. We've had a new url, some say it works some say it doesn't. It's working for me but it's extremely slow and not all channels load. It's disappointing that there's not an information page explaining what's happening
