The EPG is working, for the most part, TiviMate or otherwise. I would suggest opening a ticket if you're having a problem with the EPG. There are EPG alternatives. m3u4u is a very popular source as is Github. Search around and you'll see options available to you.
The URL hasn't changed in about a year now, so if your service was working a week ago, or a month ago, it's the same.
You can use any IPTV app to view the service on. Just login thru XTreme Codes Login and enter the server url..username..and password. Do you need help downloading an app to use?
I admit to foolishly staying up to watch it last night. However, I watched it on a different service and it was flawless. It was on several channels actually, spreading the load. Don't know how many GM was offering.

I don't use their EPG data. I use epg.best. Epg.best has more correct guide data, and I can exclude groups and channels I don't want.
It appears both the service and websites are down for everybody right now. I replied to a ticket email and still no reply from there yet.

TBH I do not know. I have a Mobus sub, and I used bitcoin via coinbase. Outstanding service.
There is no "latest" faq or URL. Nothing has changed.

go to the client area and open a ticket giving them your username and email address. explain what happened they should restart your service.
Do no channels have CC? I currently do not have XCIPTV installed, but just randomly while I had TiviMate loaded turned CC on for A&E and they are working.
