There are numerous reports of tickets not being answered, being answered, payment being made by CC, payment not being made by CC, payment being made by BTC, payment being made by BTC, and no service, and every combination you can think of. Quite honestly, I can't keep up with it. It's clearly a YMMV.

Not from the myriad of posts I have read. It's a roller coaster. Some seem to have now gotten responses to tickets and made payments. Some by CC, and some by BTC. Others not so much ...

Just tried paying with bitcoin. Entered my login credentials and it looks like the link to the server is incorrect. Not sure if i should post thr server address here to confirm it's correct. Not like I can open a ticket and they respond. This is some bs! Not going back to cable to pay 300/ month for crap I don't even watch. Been with hiddenserv since 2018. Going to have to go searching for new providers now.

Numerous reports, such as your own, of failure to pay with CC or BTC, while others have success. I can't explain it to you, but sympathize with you and others. However, please do not post the URL; someone who knows it will DM you. I do not. Unfortunately, this happens with sellers or resellers from time to time; it's the nature of IPTV. Here at IPTV Forum List, you can find numerous options. As questions of company staff, request a trial if they have one. Cable isn't the only option.
