Is anyone having payment problems with Hiddenserv?

I'm using PDSLive. I believe its the same people who's running hiddenserv. However, its up and running. Does anyone else have any specific recommendations? I tried going through the Husham Forum IPTV Provider section, and its hard to filter these out.

Yes, you always need a backup service with IPTV. Nothing is perfect, despite some claiming 99.9% uptime.
As I continue to advise people, they may or may not be around forever, but history will show that they have been in decline.
Shop for an alternative. A good place to search through the offerings at Hushams' forum IPTV provider listings.
A variety of providers, some with free trials, some with a one-month minimum.

Hello all , same issue. Tried all the work arounds with many tickets, multiple cards with no reply for the last week. Service is now off. Time for a new service.

Hard to say what's going on with no communications, assuming everyone's in the same boat and in the dark. You can wait it out and see if they will reinstate you, but in the meantime, if you have no service, I would move on, look for a primary service, and if it comes back, well, you have a backup. At some point, we all have to cut our losses. The key is knowing when to do so.

Thank you, currently requesting a trial from another co, waiting for their response. ....its a shame hidden stopped working, in 4 years been decently reliable. If I recieve updates from hidden I'll update.

I’m having the same issue. Now that I’m late for my payment take a look at the attached file. I can no longer receive live TV, but I am receiving TV show shows, doesn’t make sense to me.

There are different servers, so that you could have one but not the other. The way things are going with them, I guess a little bit is better than nothing at all. You will find dozens of posts complaining about this service, and while it's not for me to tell you what to do, it's time to look for another option. It's, of course, always been a good idea to have a backup provider. My personal preference has been Mobus for some time. While some promote themselves as 99.99% uptime, no one can truly guarantee that. However, @Oddballs works extremely hard to keep that service up and running. [I have no connection to either Mobus or Husham, and receive no remuneration from anyone for my opinion. I pay what you will pay, nothing less]

Still not accepting payment, and now my guide is nothing but "No Information". I'm leaving soon. This is too much for me.
I am still getting payment Credit Card Payment failed. I am looking through the IPTV provider forum to see what available alternatives to go with.

To all that is having problems, hiddenserve has done us a favor. Familiar is easy, but since it stopped accepting payment and not returning inquiries it leaves no other choice...Tried 2 different companies in the past week, with one mote suited for me than the other. Recommend trying few companies and be surprised that they are actually better. Better service!, content, price comparable. Time will tell , but fir now new contract is superior.

Some co offer free trial while others do not, also different payment methods some may not be comfortable with. Took advice from Mike , check his post. Happy so far, did try one other co, not bad but channels were overwhelming as far as content.
The most annoying part is getting automated emails from them telling you to pay the outstanding amount, however payment won't get thru.
What would be a good replacement service with somehow the same content, US Live TV, Shows and 24/7 options for a fair price? TiA for any suggestions

I can concur with Mfs122167 that paying via Bitcoin Works! (On Hiddenserv)..just did it a minute ago..apparently I gave them a $1.46 tip because I never know how much crypto exchanges fees are going to be..whatever! Invoice says PAID for June. Anything NOT to have to set up my favorites again. If they are only goin the crypto/bitcoin route for now on, maybe they should send out a mass email to their customers stating so and get rid of the credit card option!? #eyeroll
