Yes, it appears the site has been unresponsive as of yesterday. Before that, some had success in paying with Bitcoin. I have no clue what's going on with them.

I have or have had perhaps 20 or more, and the only app I use is TiviMate. It's far and away better than anything else available.
Bummer. First hiddenserv.com let us down (still mad about loosing my sweet 5 $ two lines deal after 16 yrs- fun fact just got an invoice to pay for JUL which I am not able to pay thru their webside by Creditcard) now PDSLIVE- same issue, won't accept payment.

I'll get my bill in a day or two. Didn't have a problem last month. I recently told another member to re-enter a fresh name/address and CC information, and he was able to make a payment. YMMV. I'll post in the near future how I fare.

I should have my next invoice in a few days. We'll see how that goes. AFAIK from others, credit cards are still okay.

In payment methods... Did you click, add new credit card. click add new address, then add name and change house number by 1. Click tab to get to ok and enter. You should see the new address. makes sure its checked and add the credit card info. Then save changes. Then pay the invoice. Keep trying periodically too. Some users are reporting it eventually worked a day or two later. Good luck

Are you speaking of Hiddenserve or Gamers? These threads are apparently getting muddled to the point where no one can be sure what people are addressing.

As you've indicated, tickets are not getting responses. I can't say why this has become such a problem, nor can I tell what it will lead to. Is this the beginning of the end? I have no idea, but perhaps be prepared. I've been with them or their predecessors too long to give a damn anymore.
As far as your question. I have generally been watching Cup games on local Fox channels. They are 1280x720 60FPS. There are, if I recall, 4 special Cup channels being 1280x720 60FPS, except for one, which is 1920x1080 60FPS. The 4K Fox you mention is 3840x2160 60FPS and is currently working, showing the upcoming schedule today beginning at noon Eastern time.

You're totally right the FOX 4k channel for what I requested help here on this forum and by opening a ticket in the portal, began to work again until today.
I just checked it a couple of minutes ago.
Didn't know they were not replying to tickets, that sounds pretty bad. I've been also with them since they began with this service, if I remember well when this was called TPK.
Hopefully they'll continue attending and solving tickets again, as I really like the service, BTW the following channel has been also streaming 1920x1080 but nothing beats 4K lol, hence the request to fix the reported channel.
By checking the attached image you can check what was appearing for days on this channel instead of showing the usual content that Fox should be streaming on these FIFA Worldcup days.
Would like to watch today's main match @ 4K if would be possible.
PD: Crossed fingers it won't be unavailable again
