I need help urgently. My service cut off after 1 month but I've paid for a full year
Did you ever get a response? I also have paid for a year and lost service after a month.
 
Just ask some of the IPTV compani s in this forum.
 
If you have a quarterly, sem-annual or annual subscription you must open a ticket asking for adjustment every time you pay an invoice.. If not the player will show expired. I do this after every invoice payment.

"For quarterly and semi-annual or annual payments you must ticket me after payment is made on your invoice to adjust your dates on the subscription" is the message I get. It takes from a couple of hours to several days for them to fix it. It took 3 days recently.
