Hello could I please have a copy of the FAQ?

I paid my GM Service on the 18th of June via the working billing portal
But now I’m reading about a newer billing portal ( I try to accesses it but the site is constantly down.)

If I could get info on which billing portal to use in time for my July renewal I’d be very grateful.

I appreciate the help that you guys are giving here to help customers from GM who are lost in the woods after this major upset. I lost my account with GM by being terminated. No emails, nothing after 5 years with grandfathered price. Thought it was all over and I would never get a service as good as GM but holy shaving cream I stumble upon (Aftershock TV) after looking over the internet and you need to see to believe this service. Think I have said enough. TIA
Sorry I just had a trial thru them and my backup service is Much better than AST.

i'm not sure which portal you went to that did not work but suspect its the fake one from a couple days ago. do not post it please, but ill dm you the ones we have. oops i see chrystal (who should be at work! lol) replied.

To all the generous users here who are helping GM customers by DMing urls to everyone who asks....

I think you should all get a CUT of the profits GM is recouping from you helping them to retain business they seemingly had no plan or method for trying to keep! LOL

If it wasn't for Husham, This Forum and all the great users here willing to help out others, the new Portal would have no users by the end of the month because no one would know where to go to pay their bills once their service expired!

Even more confusing is their refusal to take on more customers...Are they making TOO much money? Is that the problem here? LOL

Could someone DM me the correct urls for GM? Ones I was given do not work. I am able to log in to my acct and did verify I am Active and my login and pw are correct. Trying to use tivimate. Anyone get XCIPTV to work w GM?

I have been checking in each day to see if you guys need a bit of help but you Staff Members have things covered. My son has some construction going on at his house and I've been keeping an eye on things while he's working. It should all be done in a day or so. Like the others here I want to thank all of you for all the help I received.

I've been with GMX/TPK for more than a year. Still using their service, but slowly losing interest. Most of the time something is broken. Either EPG, channels, website or all together. Not to mention recent events where people are kept totally in the dark, having no idea what's happening. I understand that it's cheap, but you gotta at least have minimum support for the product you're selling.

No...it's time to give up on them Avery until such time as they open up to new subs or someone from them contacts you to tell you what happened to your account.

The URL has not changed since the last time which was the first time.
It's not going to change again so if you had an account and it no longer works to login they dumped you.
