Perhaps someone can speak with the supplier and make them aware that Spectrum Channel Bay News 9 is not working. Maybe the source can be changed.
 
Having issues with EPG on Tivimate not updating. Anyone else having this issue or know a fix?
It's fine here. Try refreshing the playlist, clear the cache, force close, Restart and manually refresh the EPG.
 
I'm not aware they changed anything

Just wondering if anyone has same issues as me. While watch live shows. Movies. 24/7 channels. The screen freezes and the. Restarts. So I miss a few seconds. Or the audio and video are off timing. Any suggestions on how to assist? Internet speeds are very high so I’m sure it’s not the connection.

That sounds like server side issue. But you need to give the exact shows to see if others can replicate the same issue.

Almost all shows. Sons of anarchy. Smallville. Last man standing. Boy meets world. Wwe. Curb your enthusiasm. Impractical jokers. Any 24/7 channel. The audio and video go off. Sometimes takes awhile to go off, like 10-15 mins. Sometimes short like 1-2 mins.
Same thing for freezing and skipping. Also regular channels like espn and news.

Only time that seems good (most of the time) is watching live ppv events.

What device are you using ....
Who is your internet provider
Are you connectes via ethernet cable or WiFi
If it's ethernet cable what cable is it
If ita WiFi then did you split it to use 5g WiFi only or are using mix mode 2g and 5g

I can’t answer all those questions as I’m not sure for a bunch.

I’m using Amazon Firestick on multiple devices. And a couple an iptv app on smart tvs.
Internet providers are all different. Comcast. AT&T. Hotwire.
Connections for some devices are WiFi. And a couple are Ethernet cable
Not sure what cable.
And I think some WiFi’s are split. And some are straight 5g.
I do use IpVanish VPN on almost all devices. Some no vpn at all.
See all different types of things here, and still get the same video issues across all devices.
One of the tvs that doesn’t use vpn and is on the smart app has the audio and video timing getting off.
 
You have to pick one to fix.
Every case will be different

And in any case
Those internet providers all need VPN otherwise you will get buffering
 
I saw an update. They are working on it.

But maybe not everyone effected.
Anyone else having issues so I can feedback to the admins
