Is main services down? It wont update or run on one of my tv’s. Running main vip on another and thats workin like a dream~~
 
Same thing this morning..gonna submit a ticket..it takes me hours to re-do my favorites list in smarters with a different url

just submitted a ticket..man they're fast in responding! I dont know if they did anything really. they just gave me a current url list. i ended up installing mains vip (apparently you dont need a port number anymore) and got rid of mains services and it popped right up and updated. now i just have to spend about two hours re-doing my favorites in order like i like them..is what it is, just glad im back up and working

Can I get an invite link please? It would be so appreciated I've been trying to get on for a long time. I can't use the site without having an existing service as it won't let me create an account 😂

I'm attempting to pay bill to get service back, but i can't sign in on the site. It just keep refreshing the log in page. Any help would be greatly appreciated .
 
Was going to pay my bill and I get this message on Firefox when trying to access the site. Didn't want to login or try to pay my bill if there is a problem with the website. Anyone else having a problem like this?

"The owner of pdslive.media has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website."

I get a similar message if I try to use Safari to login..

Accessing with Chrome on an iMac without issue.
 
Hi. I am getting a message that "the connection is not private and attackers might be trying to steal my information" When I try to connect to pdslive? Any help please?

It would appear that their site is no longer https://
The error is from your browser. You should be able to connect with HTTP://
I'm not clear what's happening there. But you can access the site.

Thanks. I was just going to try that but was worried with the expired certificate if it was a bogus website?
 
Hello, I have come here to find out when is somebody going to look at the Open Ticket I have on the PDS Live Webpage? I am waiting to have my IPTV system reset to the correct expiration date as stated in my open ticket. Could somebody help me out?
