Okay, it looks like we're back, clear, restarts, refresh if needed.
 
My service is still down. I've entered my proper credentials, service is paid up through February 14th. My brother in law lives 5 miles away and his service never went down. I'll try contacting and hopefully they can do a reset on my account.

Erase data you’ll lose your favorites, and log back in

The service is up and working. I would suggest at this point you open a ticket and request a reset.

I never saw where it was down at any point yesterday, but glad you're all sorted out!
