Looks like there was a brief outage early this morning. Everything appears normal now.

The server information hasn't changed in months. Is your account still active and not expired? Have a look at Tips and Troubleshooting

Seems fine here, but unfortunately it appears we've lost the EPG again.

It's not you, the EPG is down again. Hopefully, it will be re-instated soon.
 
The EPG is back, close your app, clear cache, force stop, reload playlist, and refresh tv guide.

There have been a few outages with the EPG, the previous one related to a server issue. While I can't explain the current outage we take no solace in the fact that other services have also had EPG issues. I can't say what the connection is, but let's have patience with the situation.

many services share the same epg suppliers
