Games Masters IPTV

HI, I USE ROKU MEDIA PLAYER TO VIEW THE M3U LISTS FROM GAMERS, AND IN RECENT DAYS, SPECIALLY NFL ON SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS, THE BUFFERING HAS BEEN UNBEARABLE
I ALSO HAVE A 35 MBPS INTERNET SPEED LAN,
DO I NEED ANOTHER DEVICE, DO I NEED MORE SPEED, OR HAS GAMERS DROPED THE BALL AS OF LATE?
REGARDS

Except for a recent outage with the EPG, the service has been up and working well. I watch the NFL without issue or buffering. There are a variety of things that go wrong at your end of course, and if you like there are posts with tips and troubleshooting ideas you might find helpful. Go back a couple of pages or so. But, no, they have not "dropped the ball as of late". That post was further back than I thought > Tips and Troubleshooting Help

whats the minimum speed required to have a quality stream?
does the app or device you use for streaming matter ?

I suppose there is no simple answer to that question, but there is a feeling that 'more is better' when it comes to your internet service. This isn't necessarily true as one of the biggest factors will be the quality of the stream you are getting. You can stream something with say 10 mb, but remember, there are devices all over your house using the same wi-fi so ultimately is your device getting the bandwidth it needs? As far as devices go, there are advocates of the Shield, but at about eight times the price of a 4K Firestick, I don't see the need for it unless you're a gamer. I have a 200 mb service and have 4K sticks everywhere. As far as I'm concerned the streaming is flawless. I have Gamers and another service, use Kodi and several streaming apps and I have a Real-Debrid account for the latter.

You used to be able to watch Gamemasters on a pc through a website. Is this still available?

No. Sorry about that.

Looks like there was a brief outage early this morning. Everything appears normal now.

The server information hasn't changed in months. Is your account still active and not expired? Have a look at Tips and Troubleshooting

Seems fine here, but unfortunately it appears we've lost the EPG again.

It's not you, the EPG is down again. Hopefully, it will be re-instated soon.

The EPG is back, close your app, clear cache, force stop, reload playlist, and refresh tv guide.

Why does this service seem like it has so many problems with the EPG?
I see it is out once again.

There have been a few outages with the EPG, the previous one related to a server issue. While I can't explain the current outage we take no solace in the fact that other services have also had EPG issues. I can't say what the connection is, but let's have patience with the situation.

many services share the same epg suppliers

Is anyone else down? I’ve tried GSE and XCIPTV and it’s not working. My other IPTV provider is working so it’s not an internet issue

Glad to hear that. They're always pretty good at responding. I can't explain why, but I have found Smarters can lose your account while I don't have that with TiviMate or some others at times. So unfortunately it's some sort of bellwether for us. I too got that JSON error, but not on another service, so I assume a lack of compatibility. I don't know why.

Just want to say Ive been using the service for a couple years and although I occasionally have problems like a little bit ago, it's usually pretty damn reliable. For the value, you can't beat it imo. I still run to this forum every time it goes down and there's always good feedback here so cheers to both 👍

If you all complain and panic whenever the service is out for five or ten minutes, or the EPG is down for a day, you'll drive yourself nuts. I think the service comparatively speaking has good uptime. However, there's a reason they're inexpensive, and there's a reason why many people have more than one service. Live with it. Don't let it get to you.

All IPTV services have there glitches, I have a few different ones and it seems like they all go down now and then or lose there epg. That's
why I have a couple, if one is acting up I go to another one and that's why I think its good to have backups.

Service and EPG up and running at 7:00 AM EST. Portal, not so much. Two out of three isn't bad. :)👍

I noticed that sometimes channels load fast and other days it takes a few seconds? What causes that? Overloaded servers? just something I noticed 😊

It is unlikely servers are overloaded. I'm sure there is adequate capacity, but there are many variables and you'll find a difference between different channels at times. Likewise, the app you use can and does make a difference at times. A bit of maintenance on your device and connection can help as well.

No, have you done any troubleshooting? Is it your VPN? It's working fine, no buffering, but the EPG is down again for the time being.

Mine just popped back up. I did all the maintenance but it did not help but then a few minutes later it all came on. Thanks for the quick replies.

You'll see the EPG is down again. A major provider of EPG disappeared recently meaning many IPTV providers are looking for a new source. This is one reason people are having these EPG issues. I'm assuming GM is scrambling to get an EPG server back up and running. We'll have to be patient. Again.
