PDS Payment Mess

I was finally able to log on to website and pay my bill earlier this week. It said I had to use a CC and minimum amount was more than my monthly bill but I pay it anyway and receive receipt.

I log on today and site says not only that I still owe but there's no record of my overpayment. I get another email saying I need to enter CC info again even though I did that last time. What gives? Bugs in new system?

I had a nightmare of a time as well. The site is so slow, it takes like 4 minutes for every separate page to load. Anyway don't fall for that "add funds" BS. It's seems they would like you to add bulk funds up to $300 (but there is a disclaimer that there are no refunds). You can still pay for just your invoice by showing invoices and clicking the one that is due.
 
Ok, so I cleared up this months bill. I went to the website on my computer and saw that I had a balance on my account. That didn't show up on my android phone. It allowed me to apply the balance towards the bill. It didn't automatically withdraw it, I had to click & do it myself. Hopefully this info is helpful to someone.
 
Ok so Saturday I added money for this month and 1 more month.
The money wasn't put towards my invoice apparently.
As I received an invoice now saying I owe double my monthly invoice. But then I received an email saying first over due invoice but the balance was 0.00.
Then I received another first overdue invoice email the next day saying I owe my monthly amount.
Sunday I was able to get on the site and it says I have 3 unpaid invoices totalling 3 months.
I had opened a ticket and not heard anything. Service has been cut off. Can't login the site just get "Critical error"
I have been with them since they started and love the service but is it time to move on?
 
I was able to get on the website just now and was able to apply my credit to pay the invoice and service also returned.
Still no response on my open ticket. But Iwas able to fix the problem.
This is getting painful to just pay ones bills anymore
 
I can get on the site, it says my services are active, no invoices or payments due, yet I still have no service (error 403).
No response to open tickets either.
Frustrating.
 
I have been trying to get into the payment portal for over a week to pay but the website times out and i get a error. Now the service is expired because of no payment.
 
I have tried to get on the website to no avail. I tried different browsers, phones and tablets. What is going on with the website? If PDS reads the forum, I hope he understands something is going on with his website. I logged on once and went to pay my invoice when all hell broke out. Haven't been able to get onto the site since. I hope he understands and extends our accounts. No fault of ours, but on his end.

Finally that's all I needed to know. Service is up in a few days and I haven't been able to get in so I'll just wait then. Thank u for posting this.
 
I see a sign that may be some good news. I tried to log in and immediately i see this. Before, it took more than a minute or two to get to the next page before seeing a error. Lets see what happens in the next hour or two.

Tried playing around with card details thinking maybe I did something wrong, no it's their credit card machine is not working, or the whole damn platform. All I know is I'm pissed. Wtf such a simple thing can cause so much issues
 
Tried again with different cards:( still not going through. Ugh if you put in a ticket do they tell you when the system is fixed? or do we have to just keep trying? Not trying to be a dick just honestly don't know.Never had an issue to pay something. Have had every other problem but a paying problem.
