PDS Payment Mess

Never had to chase someone or a bank loan mortgage etc, this is nonsense, not sitting here hours trying payment.
 
Tried again with different cards:( still not going through. Ugh if you put in a ticket do they tell you when the system is fixed? or do we have to just keep trying? Not trying to be a dick just honestly don't know.Never had an issue to pay something. Have had every other problem but a paying problem.
I did everything they gave in the instructions.

This is what I was told is the duplicate of what we use but everything works here and they have customer support which is pretty much non existent or days later after your already pissed off with pdslive. So if your like me and love the service. There is a back up thankfully. It will just cost us more to switch which again is total bs but I guess it is what it is at this point in time. Hope u have a better day as I woke up to this craziness and I haven't found an answer

You tried the add funds thing also. That was my last option but I figured I'll wait to hear from support as it says no refunds on deposits and I've already read on here that someone has those funds go missing. Yeah I'm not beat for all of that nonsense
 
I'm on that hiddenserv page. They are 3$more but 36$ more on annual. So if this place doesn't get it right by the time I can't watch tv anymore, I know where I'm going.
They are cheaper (unless you have the 5 dollar grandfather.)
Pds 1 connection is 9.99 Hidden is 6.99
Pds 2 connection is 14.99 Hidden Is 9.99
Pds 3 connection is 18.99 Hidden is 14.99

Try this. I can't say it will work now as I don't have an invoice due. Don't "add funds", log in and go to the invoice square. Look at the list of historical invoices at the bottom of page. Click the tiny white arrow beside due date (this will put latest due invoice at top on list). Click the invoice number. This should bring up the classic white invoice page with the "pay now" button.

Nah, of course I had to try anyway 3 more times. I'll try tonight and tomorrow morning. This is such bull crap. Completely pissed off my whole day now. Argh. I got a week until nothing. Oh boy. Really wish I could just pay for the whole year at one time.

Either they'll sort things out or fail. Frankly, I don't care anymore; it's not worth the effort.

I did get to open a ticket, which was not a problem. Oddly, although it remains a horrible site, I'm having less trouble logging in, navigating, and attempting to make a payment. They're just not taking the payment! Something has to give sooner or later. Or perhaps there'll be no later for them.

Reminiscent of the Seinfeld episode: "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding."

In fairness, trying to keep making payments again and again, expecting a different result, is perhaps a sign of insanity, and I'm guilty of that. Likewise, it would seem multiple tickets can only create a further backlog.
Let's face it, they're either in a position to correct this or they're not. We'll know soon. How many wound up without service? Haven't a clue.
They can't run a service without subscribers.
