You tried the add funds thing also. That was my last option but I figured I'll wait to hear from support as it says no refunds on deposits and I've already read on here that someone has those funds go missing. Yeah I'm not beat for all of that nonsenseI did everything they gave in the instructions.

Try this. I can't say it will work now as I don't have an invoice due. Don't "add funds", log in and go to the invoice square. Look at the list of historical invoices at the bottom of page. Click the tiny white arrow beside due date (this will put latest due invoice at top on list). Click the invoice number. This should bring up the classic white invoice page with the "pay now" button.You tried the add funds thing also. I did get to open a ticket, which was not a problem. Oddly, although it remains a horrible site, I'm having less trouble logging in, navigating, and attempting to make a payment.
