Hello all... been following here for a while...

Now I've just installed xciptv, as tivimate was a no-go for me...

I'm not sure which link to enter in server line of the login... do I use like the tivimate link gmaster sent me earlier this month? or another one?

User name and password on its own in these fields

Perfect thanks! I'm in... but...
I don't see anything. No channels, nothing. I mean the menu is there and the channel groups are on the left, but any of them I select gives no result...
Is there an issue with the service or you need to do something else once you're in?

Are we down guys? When I go on the list of channel and press select nothing will load? Updated everything and signed out and back in again? Any help much appreciated

Login on their portal and put a ticket in asking for it.
 
Just tried to connect to the website & I wasn't able to. All I needed to do is pay my invoice that is due on the 15th. Currently, everything is still playing fine with no issues on my end. I'm hoping it's just some maintenance right now. So, I will be able to pay in the morning ...
 
Definitely down here on the east coast of USA...first 'Login Fail' I've seen in a while! able to get into the self service billing portal, but who cares about that!

EDIT - its up. I was still on the old 'gmasterpanel' url, as opposed to the new 'main' url ..no EPG though, SHOCKING!

It's working fine here. If you're having an issue that's not your own log-in error, open a ticket.

I spoke too soon it appears. It's working perfectly on TiviMate, but not on Smarters. Ticket open.
 
TiviMate and Smarters on iPhone working fine. Smarters on Firestick not. I can log in on Smaraters/Firestick but pull no channels. The usual bot response from them offered no assistance, with no new information regarding server or port.
 
Not working on generic XCIPTV. Guessing there is a new server to utilize or they’re just doing maintenance. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

edit: I put In a ticket and everything resolved within 15 minutes.

There appears to be an issue with their servers and Smarters on a Fire device.
As I said before, TiviMate is fine, Smaraters on iPhone is fine, and XCIPTV on Fire is fine.
 
I see they sent out a new URL to use with Tivimate and other services but I can't get it to work. I get an error when I put it in. Any help? Thanks!
