Valid CC, whether previously used or not, should not be an issue. Obviously, no one knows what's going on at this point. I'll continue to investigate. I do believe things will sort themselves out in the near term.I don't think this person that runs the service knows what they are doing. 3 different payment systems in such a short time.
I just got my invoice last night. I don't know how everyone is getting into the portal to try and pay, I keep getting the error.I received a reminder of payment due. The portal is back up, but the valid card was declined again.
