Login issues

its over 15 hours since I went down and no url given works. Sent ticket many hours ago but no answer back.

newish user here, just back from 3 week vacation. All 3 sections(TV, Movies, Series) wanted to download, but, seemed to not be operating. Decided to uninstall app and reinstall. Reinstall completed, but, at ADD USER BLUE button got "No Response from Server" message. Thanks for any help. Doc

I just noticed it’s taking forever to load a channel in the app! I don’t know if they are doing maintenance on it or what. The service is working fine on TiviMate. Maybe try a different app for now.
 
GRACIAS, have also sent IPTVS whatsapp support my issue. Will share if I find new info.
Attached is the IPTVS support team message on their current outage. "Server problem may last for a few days...".

Have been not getting IPTV Smarters Pro support via Whatsapp +44 7415 090067. Login attempts met w/ "invalid details" . FRUSTRATION is high. How to contact support at.... You searched for support - official iptv smarters ???Thanks for any help!
