There are numerous factors that can be causing this issue, and they appear to be at your end. Do you have/use a VPN? Have you tried it both on and off? Cleared the cache, shut down, and rebooted the device? If you're able to switch to an Ethernet connection, it can be of help. If Ethernet isn't an option, ensure you're connected to a 5 GHz network rather than 2.4 GHz. Increase the app's buffer size. Check the free storage space on the device. Maintaining at least 15-20% free space is advised. Change DNS settings; sometimes default ISP DNS routing is slow. Changing the DNS settings to a public DNS such as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 can improve routing speeds. If nothing mentioned helps, one could say the provider's servers are overloaded; however, as I'm not seeing it, and others are not complaining, I'm afraid I have to say it's you, not them. Yeah. It wasnt me. It was happening on all devices. It was the service. It is back to normal now. I've been with the service for 6 or 7 years. Have had a few hiccups, but over all I'm happy. But to be clear, it was not on my end. There are numerous factors that can be causing this issue, and they appear to be at your end. Do you have/use a VPN? Have you tried it both on and off? FYI I just got a reply to a ticket I put in a month ago saying they will work to get people that were grandfathered into the old rates back if you enter a ticket and put Bump in their, and fyi- paying with BTC is so much easierBummer. First hiddenserv.com let us down (still mad about loosing my sweet 5 $ two lines deal after 16 yrs- fun fact just got an invoice to pay for JUL which I am not able to pay thru their webside by Creditcard) now PDSLIVE- same issue, won't accept payment.
Does anyone know how to solve this- and no I DO NOT have nor want to pay with bitcoins. TiA
Are you speaking of HiddenServ or Gamers? There appears to be this massive overlap and misreference to one service or another. Clearly HiddenServ has issues with payments and is only accepting crypto payments now. Gamers still accept CC payments. This is a Gamers' section. Please keep the references here to Gamers only to end the confusion.FYI I just got a reply to a ticket I put in a month ago saying they will work to get people that were grandfathered into the old rates back if you enter a ticket and put Bump in their, and fyi- paying with BTC is so much easier
