Do a force stop, clear cache to both player and vpn. Should work fine after that.

using surfshark bahama's just renewed service multiple months in Sept. My Tvimate is showing 10/19/25 as Expiration date. I will try to verify with them bt opening a new ticket..

Make sure protocol is TCP IP open VPN
And try again

Wireguard protocol is probably the fastest out there
Problem with wireguard it's almost as no protection from internet providers.

Wireguard protocol is almost see through with the cosprputer ever since 2020. Or Corona times.

So using wireguard means you allow your isp see what you do. And they will block the traffic

Sent a new ticket with my invoice. I canged my VPN as suggested. Force quit app cleared cache, No change on Open VPN TCP. will wait to see if they answer my ticket.

After emailing them and sending a copy of the invoice I was informed that with multiple month orders I need to request an audit of the account after I paid the invoice and I did not do that and 1 month later the service cancelled. They have corrected the issue, Thanks
