For 5 days it won't let me login, it tries then times out. If I change my password it knows the password is bad. I made a ticket and no reply. Anyone else having this issue?
 
Delete favourites. And add them again

I can log in but no one is responding to my support tickets. It's been open all week. I can't get any channels at all. I put in the m3u with username and password but the channels won't load. Is there another service anyone can recommend?

I haven't had a ticket open in some time. I have seen some people complain about slow ticket responses, but ultimately receive one. I would suggest trying Xtream Code instead of M3U to see what happens and/or try a different application from what you are using.

Can you send me the Xtream code. I've had this service since 2017 and haven't used anything other than the m3u url. Thank you so much for your response.

Within the email you received from them at the time you signed on, you will have received a username, a password, a server, M3U, and a variety of other information. Simply use your username, password, and server, and edit your login information accordingly.

We were using discord back then which went away. Thanks anyway. I'll wait for pds.
 
Any IPTV company that submit a channel list will be tracked and shutdown risk

Best thing is ask for what channel you can want

EPG working. Try force closing your application and clearing cache. Reboot your device as well if you haven’t.
 
Not on my end. Currently using it in u.k, but the service has always been a hit or a miss for me when I don't have NordVPN on here. Did a quick check with various channels. All are functioning on my side.
