I can log in but no one is responding to my support tickets. It's been open all week. I can't get any channels at all. I put in the m3u with username and password but the channels won't load. Is there another service anyone can recommend?For 5 days it won't let me login, it tries then times out. If I change my password it knows the password is bad. I made a ticket and no reply. Anyone else having this issue?
I haven't had a ticket open in some time. I have seen some people complain about slow ticket responses, but ultimately receive one. I would suggest trying Xtream Code instead of M3U to see what happens and/or try a different application from what you are using.I can log in but no one is responding to my support tickets. Within the email you received from them at the time you signed on, you will have received a username, a password, a server, M3U, and a variety of other information. Simply use your username, password, and server, and edit your login information accordingly.Can you send me the Xtream code. EPG working. Try force closing your application and clearing cache. Reboot your device as well if you haven’t.Is the EPG not working? It say downloaded in green as usual..but no EPG..using smarters
