little update from my side, no good news though.
I received the invoice this morning with the usual link.. no success
Husham sent me the link but it is not working, gonna keep trying and post if it works

FYI, as far as I know there is actually is no new link. It's the same link that is at the bottom of your invoice.
And I'm sure they are working on the problem whatever it might be. My guess would be either went through a DOS attack or possibly a hard drive failure. So everyone take a deep breath and relax. Not much you can be done about anything right now.
 
Link does not work. It’s the same link on the invoice. My sub renewal is due in 2 days so hope they are working to fix the issue. Been trying for 2 days straight and still can’t connect.
