I got to the login page a few minutes ago but timed out while signing in. I used the link in my invoice. Maybe later tonight I will get logged in and make a payment.
 
I was able to login and pay at 1:50 AM CST. It took 45 minutes of trying. It seems that the site is up during 1-3:30 AM CST I read a few posts of people having success during this time. Made sure to wake up around this time to try. Back to bed for me.

Good morning, I just got my bill but link doesn't work. Help.
 
Don’t know if this happened to anyone else but this morning I got an email confirmation that my bill is paid and I never was able to log in. Checked my bank statement and sure enough bill is paid. They may be doing auto payments for people whose bill is about to expire.

When was your service about to expire? I know they send out invoices a week in advance.

I have 3 accounts. My original acct from way back somehow Autopays. The other 2 do not. It is most likely this is the case for you as well. You likely manually pay early and never realized.
 
Must be nice to have your bill paid. It doesn't matter what time of day or night for me. I can't get in to pay. Always times out. I got the login page once. Once in a week. But never got logged in. It's getting beyond ridiculous at this point. How hard is it to get your shit fixed? With a decent backup, they should have been up and running in 24hrs.
 
Guys try around 5am (eastern New York time that is) it worked for me. My guess is too many ppl are hitting the already slow functioning site and overwhelming it. All yesterday wouldn’t work but around 5am worked for me and I see others got in between 2am-5:30 am. It’s worth the peace of mind to get it done. Set your alarms!! lol. There is no new link it’s the same one…

I don't disagree. This issue is not just a few days old. The site was very slow last month when I paid. I also have freinds that have been trying to subscribe for the last 2 weeks and can't get through. It only really noticed by the bulk of people now because most users invoices are due between the 12th and 14th of the month.
 
Three days straight and still can’t pay my invoice. Service ends in 1 day. Tried at 2am, 3am, 5am. Looks like connecting and I get to login page. But then stalls and times out. If I ever do connect I am going to look for alternative service. I can’t keep doing this every month. Any ideas on another good service in case I lose my service?
 
Once again, the URL that you will receive from Husham is the exact same URL that is attached to your monthly invoice. There is no new URL. And even if there was a new URL it would still not work because the website is completely down.
