Depending on the areas, VPN is needed. Haven't had any of the following issues mentioned recently, tv and portal sites have been fine, for me anyways.

Unable to access payment portal, tried the link included with invoice, did not work, tried the xxxx/media/login address, did not work
The payment portal has been extremely slow for the past few months, I am talking minutes for a response from the server.
I would appreciate a way to log on directly...send me a email...Thanks in advance

I just triedl However, I tried my normal log on User Id and Password for PDS live but it does not recognize my info. So what are we to do? I cannot put in a ticket since I cannot log on. It says that the site is restricted?

The link in my invoice does not work...Help Please.

With the Billingsystems.email I tried forgot password reset, but I receive no email to follow, appears my email is not valid for this web site?
Been using the same log on for many months thru pds portal.

Pls keep in mind, tickets are not answered on the spot, all need time to reply.

Must be a different service or affiliate. Had my info from 2020 but no service.

my pdslive.media userid and password are not accepted at this site.
My link included in the invoice, does not work.

On a side note, when this happened in 2023, I was able to get the portal to open by turning my wifi off. I tried that a few minutes ago but it didn't work for me this time. Maybe you'll have some luck trying that.
