This is what I do know at this point in time:
The portal invoice payment process is not working correctly. There is a glitch in it. If your invoice is for more than 1 month (you pay quarterly or yearly) when you make your payment..it’s not updating your expiration date correctly. It’s causing these accounts to expire in 30 days after processing. Or if you pay for additional connections..it’s only allowing the standard 2 connections and not giving you your extra connections you are paying for.
This glitch (bug) is on Smarters end. Gamers is waiting for them to come out with an update to fix this. In the meantime..they are having to manually update all those accounts. The waiting list is just growing longer and longer each day. It’s now to the point that they no longer want to accept payments just to have to go in and manually fix those as well. I’m actually surprised they haven’t taken the website down for maintenance until this is fixed..although that may still happen at some point.
We have just sent a message to them and are waiting on a reply as to where they are with this issue and/or an ETA on when it will be fixed.
In the meantime..I was able to login to all 3 websites so they are still up. I have services with 2 of the 3 and they are still working with the same server URLs we have been using for awhile now..so that hasn’t changed.
We will update when we hear back from them.
