Just an update...I used xciptv and followed directions given to me from staff here. Everything worked and yesterday I received an invoice from GM and clicked on the link to pay and it went to the website that is down due to maintenance. I replied back on the email and it generated a ticket for me. Now hopefully they respond with a way to actually pay, but it's a step moving forward at least, patience.
