SuperMegaVision is one of Gamers websites and payment portals. If you don’t pay your bill there..it doesn’t affect you or your Gamers service. The mains server urls are working. It may be your credentials that aren’t.Ok what is supermegavision? Does it have anything to do with why the mains xml url isn’t working?

This happened on my accounts auto-renewal date, I had a second account that worked until it’s renewal date (yesterday) and it no longer works now also. I receive an “user authentication failed” on SmartersIPTV app. I’ve opened several tickets on the portal without success, only an auto-bot response. Any suggestions on how to restore service, or suggestions for a similarly priced alternative(s)? Thanks

You've probably already done this as part of the device maintenance, but just on the off-chance -- I was having a similar problem, and what corrected it was unplugging my modem for a few minutes, plugging it back in and re-starting my Firestick.I'm getting similar errors where I'm no longer able to login with my credentials. This started a few days ago and nothing has changed on my end. I've tried logging in with Tivimate and SIPTV with no success. I've done all the usual device maintenance (clear cache etc) to no avail.
I've logged a ticket but nothing has come about from it yet other than the robo email with my account info stating that it is active and has been rebooted.
I've had this service for quite awhile and this is really my first issue other than the occasional service outage that affects everyone. Hoping this can get resolved soon.
