Can someone assist me with the new URL to get my XCIPTV back working?

While there was initially a problem with Smarters, it was sorted out and the service is working just fine using XCIPTV, Smarters, TiviMate or anything else. There is no problem with Smarters I assure you.

That is good. I only know what I have read and didn't know about it being worked out. I never had that issue because I use Tivimate.

They made some odd claim about some services being blocked until I questioned it again, and suddenly. Working.
