Same deal here. I just paid my bill on the 20th and I get an email yesterday saying it's discontinued.I received an email that my service is being disconnected due to non payment. Which is very inaccurate. I paid my invoice as of 12/10/2025 and it was not due till 12/14/2025 now my service has been disconnected. I can not send a support ticket because the site is down for maintenance. Anyone know who I can message to rectify the situation.
I sent a support ticket, was able to log into the portal but it shut down after I sent the support ticket and paid the invoice they sent me so I got my service back for now.
