I was able to get on the website just now and was able to apply my credit to pay the invoice and service also returned.
Still no response on my open ticket. But Iwas able to fix the problem.
This is getting painful to just pay ones bills anymore
Ok so Saturday I added money for this month and 1 more month.
The money wasn't put towards my invoice apparently.
As I received an invoice now saying I owe double my monthly invoice. But then I received an email saying first over due invoice but the balance was 0.00.
Then I received another...
I used to use it before they switched to paying with bitcoin. It was great. A lot of channels and didn't have a problem. I only stopped using it because I know absolutely nothing about bitcoin 🤷♀️
