I paid my Gamers bill via PDS two weeks ago, so I can't comment on Hiddenserv, not that there is necessarily any difference. Just keep trying, opening tickets, and keep your fingers crossed 🤞that your service doesn't get cut off. There really isn't much else you can do

PDS finally responded to my ticket a few days ago and now have my service back on with PDS.
