Thank you...cause my friend uninstall tivimate and reinstalled and now want take his credentials keeps say error.

That will be the situation until service is reinstated for everyone.
 
Good news/bad news. Service is in the process of coming back up, but you will find many still offline. It's not 💯, Yet

Service is in the process of being reinstated.
 
It must be movin day! Takes time to move and rehook up 500 servers to a new warehouse to avoid tbe po-po. They probably do it twice a year.

Anybody still having trouble logging into pay? Not getting any connection to the pdslive site on any browser, for over a week now. Mine is up tomorrow. Appreciate it if anyone knows of an alt site where we can pay. If not, guess I'm going for a few free trials or another service for next month.

The URL you referenced that has been removed is correct, and once again, as previously mentioned, I'm logged in there now as I reply to you. Check your browser, ad blockers, VPN, try a different browser, etc.—anything that would create an issue because it's at your end, or your provider is blocking it.

Odd that the site would be blocked now, can't recall anything changing recently. Maybe an update screwed something up, or the provider decided recently to block it: will have to dig into that and find out. Just logged in on my phone an made the payment. Appreciate the replies.

Yes, as you were able to pay on your phone, there is clearly a browser/provider issue. I'm sure it can be corrected for the future.

I noticed yesterday I lost all my PDS channels in Tivimate. My old SIPTV app worked fine. I submitted a ticket and they said there is a new address that needs to be added in Extremecodes. Anyone needs it, let me know and i can PM it

The URL on the portal is correct, except that they should know better than to offer https://!
You need to make sure when you enter the new URL you use http://

That's the URL to replace "server address" in your application. It is http://... NOT unfortunately https:// as they posted on the portal.
 
Once again, please make sure you only use http:// when entering the new service address. Never use https:// despite what the portal says!
