Gamemaster and PDS billing are both down again, it seems.

I just got signed up and working. So, it's pretty discouraging that the PDS site is down today.

It only lets me log in by resetting my password. I mean I can do this every time-- but not sure why it won't let me just log in.

Any idea why I can't log onto the payment portal? (service is fine)
