@scotvoddy You have to understand that the VOD service we are offer is different from the usual VOD service. We use Plex as a platform and not all is familiar with the platform so we have to guide them one by one on how to set this up.

Now if you are familiar with Plex and already linked your Plex app and Plex account then send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. If not, then we appreciate your patience

We will be attending to everyone's request to try our VOD service. Reason for the delay is that not everyone is familiar with Plex platform so we have to guide them one by one on how to setup Plex.
