Basically you uploaded it wrong. You need to extract it in the root of the usb
 
I extracted at the root.
I tried with a Mac with all versions. I assumed it was a compatibility issue.
I then tested with a PC with the 2 versions you mentioned. I tried FAT16, FAT32 and exFAT.
Finally, I can not succeed in installing app from USB on 40JU6400...

I have that problem, my Smart IPTV is not any more in my tv.
I have this Samsung tv UE40F7000 .
I don`t know what I have to do?

Should work. Unless you extracted it wrong to the usb
 
You can try.them all if you wish
And see which one works best

I installed the smart IPTV about an usb stick, how you did it.
Now I have another problem :)
I can not play the video files. That are mkv files. It doesn’t works.
If I started the film, they are only loading, but it doesn’t starts.

I need your help… Thx

Try installing a different app for your Samsung.

Samsung APPS can be found in the Samsung app store on the TV

Hi Husham, i installed the app on my Samsung TV an it shows just 10 channels and they are called sample channel and dummy channel. Do u have any idea what can i do?
