re: PDS LIve Account expired

Wish I could say mine has been turned back on but it hasn't yet hopefully soon at least some of you guys have gotten responses.

Had same trouble-have month left on subscription,but came up account expired and no channels.Website was very slow to load,but finally sent ticket on 16th,then again on 18th,got reply on 20th and seems to be working ok again.
 
I've been not able to log in to my service for about a week and left tickets but have not heard anything yet. My invoice is paid.
