I'm paid up until December but It says my account is expired and links do not work. I left 4 work tickets and have gotten -0- response since Thursday...

How long ago did you submit your ticket before they fix your issue?They responded to my ticket and sent me an invoice. Seems to be good now.

Me either I have put two tickets in and still no response mines went out on Saterday.Well I’ve been saying expired since Sunday and no response to any tickets I’ve submitted I’m getting alittle upset since I’ve paid with no service
Same here I’ve been with them since 2018I also put in 3 tickets and bumped one no response usually not like them for me at least. Usually respond within a day. Getting a bit worried.

Ok….here’s what I did. I had to cancel my service and start over. I put in multiple tickets..none answered. But the second I put a cancellation in…BOOM! 30 mins later no service—which I didn’t have anyway! So I just went back in and created new service and things are working again.You know I read this forum and I am always massively confused by things here lol
For example, people say the payment portal is down. My invoice generates in a few days so I was curious to see if it would load for me. Sure enough, it's just fine lol
