Payment problems

I have been able to pay my invoice with the credit card visa/Mastercard Google option with no problem the last 4 months or so, my card number is in the system, and now when I press "pay now" it kicks me back to "enter new card number" and it won't take my payment 😏

I’ve been through this repeatedly and have seen duplicates of my info. Just add the same card again and try it again

I’m sure there are worse payment portals. I just haven’t discovered any. 🧐

This is so frustrating. When I put in the credit card infor on "payment information" there is no offer for the "CVV", so therefore when I submit to pay the invoice , I submit the card numbers, including the CVV, but then it kicks back not accepting the CVV I put in. This keeps happening, won't go past that. I was able to seamlessly pay with Google pay for the past 3 months, with no problems at all, but there's been a site update and payments are back to being impossible to submit.
 
So now XCIPTV
has,suspended my service because their new payment system is not working for me after trying for 7 days, and 9 tickets submitted they have not been able to help me. I need them to have an actual human being look into my acct, to correct the issue, grrrr🤬
 
I have/had like 6 tickets in to get my invoice paid before the due date and a week later they have answered my first 2 tickets with an automated response that does not address the issue I am having at all.
 
This is happening again. Never ever had cc issues here now it says for every card I try and put in that it has failed to pay invoice. Wtf does support actually work here. 24/7 my ass
