well mine was working until I went to watch TV last night..so..if someone could send me the new URL I'd appreciate it.. Literally paid my invoice 2 days ago.The url didn’t change this week

Anyone know if the service is down? Got a new url the other day from a ticket through support due to epg not working. Was working great yesterday now all I get is a black screen and the website won't load.

Customer support has replied. Website is back up. Service will be shortly. Always good to keep an old invoice or service ticket email, as they will respond if you reply to it.
