You're totally right the FOX 4k channel for what I requested help here on this forum and by opening a ticket in the portal, began to work again until today.

I just checked it a couple of minutes ago.

Didn't know they were not replying to tickets, that sounds pretty bad. I've been also with them since they began with this service, if I remember well when this was called TPK.

Hopefully they'll continue attending and solving tickets again, as I really like the service, BTW the following channel has been also streaming 1920x1080 but nothing beats 4K lol, hence the request to fix the reported channel.

By checking the attached image you can check what was appearing for days on this channel instead of showing the usual content that Fox should be streaming on these FIFA Worldcup days.

Would like to watch today's main match @ 4K if would be possible.

I've never seen a "Sling" outage like that. I'm watching the Argentina match on Fox 4K now.
 
I said I'd update you on my next bill from PDS. Got it today. No problem paying it with an old CC on file, just had to plug in the CSV code.
No issues. Why are others having a problem? I can't really say.
 
Yeah. So it looks like it's just with hiddenserver
Clearly, there have been ongoing issues with Hiddenserve, but people reported issues making payments with PDS as well of late.
 
Have been unable to Pay my current Invoice with Credit card which I have been paying for 10Yrs+...I get

The following errors occurred:
  • Remote Transaction Failure. Please Contact Support.
Support keeps replying to Tickets advising they issued a new Invoice, which they have...and all was ok to Pay...NOT SO. The other issue is, it takes 7 to 10 days to get an answer on a ticket. You would think ..I asked...they would turn my service on since this payment issue is on their End...turn it on for FREE for a customer who has been with them...never missed a Pyt...10yrs+

Clearly, things have been at best sloppy with them for a while now. As I had indicated in another thread, I would report my next payment, or issue if there was one. I posted last night that I got my invoice, logged in using the invoice link in the email, was presented with my details and last used credit card, entered the CSV, paid, and it went right through.
I would try clearing all old names, addresses, and credit card information, and start fresh. Also, clear your browser or use a different browser.
I certainly can't comment on their terrible track record with tickets or the weak structure of their website. It's unfortunate, but there are other services to consider, even if you're grandfathered in cheaply. You can get a lot more for just a little bit more.

When you attempt to pay at the bottom there should be an option to enter a new or another address. Select that and re enter your same address and credit card info. Then it should work. Don't know why this is but I had a friend have the same problem and this worked.
 
I'll get my bill in a day or two. Didn't have a problem last month. I recently told another member to re-enter a fresh name/address and CC information, and he was able to make a payment. YMMV. I'll post in the near future how I fare.
Well I got my invoice, tried the workaround. Entered my details completely new, even with different house number, cc and all- still didn't go thru. This is so annoying

You did it through +New Contact, I assume. Did you try to clear cookies, and perhaps try a different browser?
 
I had a ticket answered for a different issue than I entered. I am still having the issue for quarterly payment only giving credit for 1 month and if they don't fix it my service shows expired after 1 month. It's usually fixed within hours but their answer was for the credit card problem which I never had.
 
Anyone else having issues with the service right now? I'm expecting to be able to watch the Argentina match today @ 4K.

I have tried with all the different XC URLs that support has offered as an alternative along time (have been with them since TPK times), but just some of them are responding, or having extreme high latency +1000 ms, others are totally down, and the ones responding are suffering of a heavy packets loss.

With that amount of packets lost will be impossible to stream anything, as the buffering will appear on every channel, or the selected channel won't even work. What a luck to have issues right on the day that Argentina will plays!

Could anyone else confirm if is having the same issue please?

I ended up paying via bitcoin and it worked. Pain for this old fart to figure out.

No, actually watching it on locals, the FIFA group, and also in the 4K group. All good here. Can't explain your issues. Sorry.

Thanks for clarifying made some troubleshooting on my end to establish who was the guilty and resulted to be my ISP.

Along the whole trajectory to reach the PDS server there was a high latency on one of the hosts used to reach the server. Hence that was causing the latency to reach the XC server to what I was connected to stream from PDS. So using a VPN solved the issue. Later on the latency was also solved by the ISP, and so was able to stream even w/out using the VPN, being able to watch the match @ 4K.

PD1: Didn't know there was a "FIFA Group" will review the groups and check it out lol, thanks for mentioning it!

PD2: Found a group called "FIFA Word Cup 2026", hopefully the streams of Word Cup matches will be way more stable there 😀

Sadly, if you have read the myriad of posts on the subject, it would appear there is little, if anything, one can do right now. Daily, I see posts where some people get a ticket response, and some do not. Some can pay with CC, some not. Some pay with BTC successfully, others do not. I'm at a loss to understand what's going on with this now. I have the "parent" Gamers for services and other services, and I can only say if I ran into this with them, I'd be gone because it's not worth the battle with the offerings that are available. IPTV Companies here at the forum offer other opportunities. As questions of staff, ask if there's a free trial (although you can't tell much from one day), or a one-month sub.
