I have put in numerous tickets but I have not gotten a response. It just keeps saying my payment information is wrong but it is the same as always. It has been a week now.
 
Does anyone know how to change the currecy of your invoice without cancelling the service and signing up again. It seems if your invoice is in canadian funds the pay portal is having issues but if your invoice is in usd you can pay without any issues.

Technically speaking you don't need to change currency. You just pay the amount on display and your method of payment will automatically take the right amount from you and it will pay using the currency on site.
So what. Saying you don't need to change anything.

when you sign up you can leave the amount in USD or you can change it to Canadian and it adjusts the amount. Once you do that your bill is in that currency. Looking to see if you can change it back to USD. Right now if the invoice is in Canadian you are unable to use the pay portal.
 
Ok then you have to raise a support ticket.

Trying to get in to pay my bill and the website is down for maintenance. Any idea how long it will be down for?

my service is down because I never got an invoice for December to pay. I’ve already opened a ticket and asked for the invoice but no response. Anyone else dealing with this? And if so how’d you get them to give an invoice? Thank you

Yes I am. I made my payment and one of my two server is down. I sent two tickets to no avail.

Yeah, a few people are hitting this, so it’s not just you.

Looks like a billing issue on their side, not something you’re doing wrong.

If PayPal isn’t loading or no invoice shows up, don’t keep retrying.

Quick things to try: • Refresh or try another browser/device

• If Stripe shows up, use that instead of PayPal
• Open a fresh ticket and mention invoice not generated / PayPal not working in the title

Hopefully they sort it soon. For now, best to avoid multiple payment attempts.
