Just got in at 9pm eastern time and was able to pay my other 2 invoices along with sending a ticket about expired accounts. I have e-mails stating they were paid for so waiting for their reply. I'm sure they are dealing with multiple issues. I will post any updates, patience is a virtue. lol
Update: Everything is back up and working. Reset connections around 2:30 pm Eastern time. Hopefully everyone else is finding success. Cheers!
 
Website is back up ad running smooth for me. During the outage, I was able to create a ticket at 5:30 AM EST and notify them a June 2025 Invoice had not generated. Auto deducted from my pay source and kept me up. Now I have my July 2025 Invoice paid and all is smooth. These peoples have always taken care of my concerns when I have opened a ticket. Will hang with them for as long as possible.
 
my access should be good i just need them to turn me back on. i pay 3 month at a time, i typically send them a ticket after i pay to get the date updated but that is when the site went down, i was never able to send the ticket. my account should be good for another 2 months. any way to get a ticket to them?

I can't remember when I didn't have a sub, and I can't recall them ever offering three months. Far be it from me to tell you how to spend your money, but be very careful who and why you sign up with someone for a year.

It would not be a lot of money for a year and convenient. I have been with this outfit since Players Klub days. I wouldn’t do that with another provider.
 
My invoices on PDS go back to the beginning of 2018 and I never recall anything other than monthly being offered. I do know I came from originally PK and then Gamemaster. I know I was grandfathered in with the two connections for $5.00 a month.
At least they send me out an invoice seven days in advance unlike some of the services I had in the past.

I’m guessing that while original PK subs never were offered quarterly payments, somewhere along the way through all of the iterations of the service quarterly was an option.

How did you manage to open a ticket when their portal was down?
 

Hello, I am here to see if someone can read my open ticket #259299 on PDSLive about resetting my expiration date. Yes, I spaced it because of moving and all the chaos. I paid my quarterly payment but did not send in an open ticket because of the webpage being intermittently offline for maintenance at that time. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Steve, Mods from here don't work for PDSLive They wont be access that ticket. You'll have to wait for PDS staff to respond to it. Might be a while these days.

Hey, you can get extra connections on your account. You will have to submit a ticket asking for that extra connection.
