After trying to pay for the last week with no success, my account expired this morning so I just got a trial with another service. I've been with these guys several years and am disappointed with the way they've handled this situation. They know there is an issue with their payment portal, so common sense says they would temporarily freeze our due date or give a grace period or anything to prevent long standing customers from needing to seek services elsewhere.
Totally agree, knowing they have issues with their payment portal, so their customers can't even login the use of common sense, should be a "must have", on this kind of situations.

The portal continues throwing all kind of errors like: 503 service unavailable, database connection issues, request timeout, etc.

So unfortunately nothing tried so far on different hours has worked. Hence they should be more tolerant when are dealing with this kind of technical problems, and not apply "due date" by suspending the sub, as we, the customers, can't even login to pay for our sub extension 🤦🏻‍♂️
 
Timezone for me was eastern, woke up and gave it a shot, thought I was dreaming.

Correct, definately not cool cutting folks off if you cannot pay, however, keep in mind it might be all automated.
 
As @husham indicated, the new pay site is in the process of getting started, and at a minimum, overloaded, throwing some of the errors you are seeing. Some have gotten through. I cannot, and on PDT probably at a disadvantage, assuming those getting through are doing so at perhaps 2-4 AM EDT. If you've been with them even half as long as I have, you know there's a bit of a history of difficulty getting to the paywall, but it's always corrected. Likewise, I know in the past some who have lost service after politely explaining their situation after getting back on the paywall have service reinstated and can pay their bill(s). This is automatic. No one is sitting there pulling the plug on you. I can't and won't guarantee anything, I'm just a customer as well. If you rely on this service and have none, I know how frustrating that can be. No point in my telling you to be patient, because I wouldn't be. The new link @husham has sent you is the correct one, and the ONLY one, so there's no point in asking for another. I'll try to assist where and as I can. Be patient. (Oops said that again, sorry)
 
I remember when if you forgot to pay etc they would automatically take the $ from card on file ..I guess they dont do it anymore.
My problem for a while is that it's never quite clear which card was in use, so it would be hard for them to do that, and frankly, if you never authorized continuing payment with a card, they couldn't. Yet another flaw in the site.

Yes, as stated numerous times, you may receive one of three or four different errors. They're all the same. It's down. (For now)
 
Its probably automated, hopefully they will re-instate you.

Sometimes I wonder if this was a ploy to purge all the low lifetime monthly payments. Hopefully not.....................................

Don't bother, he just keeps sending the main website we already all have, not sure why he or somebody else possibly alluded that there's some new payment link, there's not. That being said there should most definitely be some alternate way to pay, this is ridiculous that he could just lose a bunch of customers for this lol.

What are you talking about. I don't own IPTV companies. I'm doing this forum and paying it to help people that need help.

OK but that doesn't negate the fact that you are spending time pasting the payment link to a bunch of people over PM when it's simply the website we all already obviously know, like I don't understand the point? It's the literal site everybody went to sign up to the service and go there monthly to pay, but you are acting like (or somebody alluded you were) posting some new link, and now everybody is asking for this link that's no different lol.
Some people just love to argue, even when they’re clearly wrong. Instead of helping, you're spreading rubbish and confusing others. If someone genuinely wants help, I’ll always assist — but I’m not here to entertain keyboard warriors who barely understand what IPTV even means. If you don’t know what you’re talking about, maybe take a step back instead of shouting over people. And no, you're not the authority on who can or can’t speak here, so drop the attitude.

I had updated my post before you replied here, I wasn't talking about YOU specifically saying YOU ran the site lol. But also, you are clearly in the wrong here, go ahead by all means though keep sending the special payment link to people when they already have it.
